Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hagbani    Chairman Mr. Alhagbani is the President of Astra Industrial Group (AIG), a Saudi listed company. AIG has around six subsidiaries under its umbrella with revenues around SAR 2 billion annually. Prior to joining to AIG, Mr. Al Hagabani served as general manager for investment research at the general organization for social insurance (GOSI). Prior to that he was a senior member in the investment group at AlRajhi Bank. Also, a senior member of the investment team responsible for managing the stock portfolio of Virginia Tech University endowment fund (USA). Mr. Al Hagbani awarded a bachelor degree with honors from Virginia Tech University USA - in finance. He is also a board member in a number of banks and Saudi companies.
	Eng. Ziad Bin Tarek Aba Al Khail Chief Executive Officer & MD Graduated from the University of Southern California in 1986 ( Civil Engineering – Structures ). Worked with Accenture for five years in the financial services field. Joined Bank Aljazira in 1994 as Head of Operations. Worked up through the ranks to become acting CEO in 2007. Moved to Aljazira Capital in 2010 as MD & CEO
	Mr. Nabil Bin Dawood Al Hoshan    Board Member Awarded a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, from King Saud University in 1984. Has more than 30 years of experience in the Banking and capital market industry. Worked with the Saudi British Bank (SABB) in 1984 for 15 years in Corporate, Retail and Branches network. Joined to Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) on 1998, as Head of Retail. Joined to Arab National Bank (ANB) in 2001 , as Head of Retail. Joined again to the Saudi British Bank (SABB) in 2006, as Head of Retail and Board Member in SABB Takaful. Finally joined to Bank Al Jazira in 2010, as CEO and Board Member in Al Jazira Capital ,now , he is a CEO&MD of Bank Al Jazira and Board Member of AJC.
	Mr. Khalid Bin Salim Al Ruwais  Board Member Mr. Khaled Al Rowais began his career at the Banking Control Department of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) immediately, after graduated from King Saud University - in accounting department in 1984. he joined to Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) in 1996, as a Finance director and he had the opportunity to oversee project finance for several of the new companies ,and expansion projects and acquisition financing. Al Rowais joined to Ma’aden in 2002 as Treasurer, he joined to a corporate Planning in 2008 as a of Executive Director of and became CFO , SVP Finance in 2014 till up to date. Al Rowais is registered as a CPA in the USA.
	Mr. Abdullah Saleh Alsuweilmy    Board Member Graduated from King Saud University in 1989 in Computer Engineering. Worked at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in 1989 in the payments and banking technology department. appointed in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) from 2001 to 2013 , as General Manager/CEO. Obtained MBA degree from MIT in 2014.
	Mr. Nasser Abdullah Al-Hilabi    Board Member Awarded a Master degree in Public media and journalism from Ohio University - USA in 1984. Has more than 30 years experience in Banking, investments and risk management. Worked at Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) between the period of 1985 and 1988, then he joined Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) and worked in corporate banking for two years. He joined Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) in 1990 till 1992. AlHelabi become the head of investment devision at Tawuniya Insurance Company (Tawuniya) and worked there for more than 21 years.
