• After visiting the Investment Center and filling the Registration form, you have to login to TadawulCom website www.TadawulCom.com.sa
• Click on “Sign up for a new account”
• Enter the user ID then the password
• Fill the remaining details
• Call TadawulCom Service Center to activate your user ID

• Write the following web address: www.TadawulCom.com.sa
• Press on “Login Now to TadawulCom”
• Fill UserID and the password
• For the first login, you have to change the password
• Press “Login”

• Select “Profile Update” from the “Profile” menu
• To change password, select “Change Password” menu item

• Login to TadawulCom website
• Select “Market” Menu
• Select the information from the “Market Menu” (i.e.Price Dessimination, Market news, market indeces, etc)

• Select the Order Type
• Specify the quantity of shares
• Specify the Price (applicable to limit orders only)
• If you want to buy or sell all the quantity at one trade, select “All or None”
• If you want to buy or sell the quantity partially, select “Minimum Fill” and specify the minimum quantity to be traded in one trade
• If you want to disclose part of the quantity to the market, select “Disclosed” and then specify the disclosed quantity
• Select the order validity using “Good For” menu, the expiry date will be set as per the following:

- Good For = “Day”, the expiry date will be today’s date

- Good For = “GTW”, validity till the end of the current week

- Good For = “GTM”, validity till the end of the current month

- Good For = “GTD”, the order is valid until the close of the trading date specified.

- Good For = “FOK”, this order must be filled in its entirety, or partially, as soon as it it enteres the market. If an immediate tade is not possible, the order is automatically purged from the trading system

• Press the “Submit” button
• On the confirmation screen, press “Yes”

• Select the “Outstanding Orders” from the main screen
• Highlight the order you need to Amend/ cancel
• Right click on the mouse
• Select the “Modify” to amend the order
• Select the “Cancel” to delete the order
• You can modify the price, order type (limit order, market order) and the expiry date
• Press “Submit”
• Press “Yes” on the confirmation window
• Order details will be displayed in the order confirmation screen

From the main screen:

Click on Account Inquiry menu and select the orders you need to inquire

You can inquire about all orders as follows:

• To inquire about the executed orders, click on “Executed Orders” tab
• To inquire about the outstanding orders, click on “Outstanding Orders” tab
• To inquire about the canceled orders, click on “Canceled Orders” tab
• To inquire about the expired orders, click on “Expired Orders” tab
