Mr. Alhagbani is the President of Astra Industrial Group (AIG), a Saudi listed company. AIG has six subsidiaries under its umbrella with annual revenues of around SAR 2 billion. Prior to joining to AIG, Mr. Al Hagbani served as a general manager for investment research at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). Prior to that he was a senior member in the investment group at AlRajhi Bank. Also, a senior member of the investment team responsible for managing the stock portfolio of Virginia Tech University endowment fund (USA). Mr. Al Hagbani is awarded a bachelor degree with honors from Virginia Tech University USA - in finance. He is also a board member in a number of banks and Saudi companies.

Graduated from the University of Southern California in 1986 (Civil Engineering – Structures). He worked with Accenture for five years in the financial services field. Ziad joined Bank Aljazira in 1994 as Head of Operations. Worked up through the ranks to become acting CEO in 2007. He then moved to Aljazira Capital in 2010 as MD & CEO

Awarded a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, from King Saud University in 1984. Has more than 30 years of experience in the Banking and capital market industry. Worked with the Saudi British Bank (SABB) in 1984 for 15 years in Corporate, Retail and Branches network. Joined to Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) on 1998, as Head of Retail. Joined to Arab National Bank (ANB) in 2001 , as Head of Retail. Joined again to the Saudi British Bank (SABB) in 2006, as Head of Retail and Board Member in SABB Takaful. Finally joined to Bank Al Jazira in 2010, as CEO and Board Member in Al Jazira Capital ,now , he is a CEO&MD of Bank Al Jazira and Board Member of AJC.

Graduated from University of Wisconsin in 1989 (Computer Science). He has more than 28 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and has served as a member in the Board of Directors of major financial companies. He started his career in technology department at Saudi American Bank (Samba), and also worked at Saudi Hollandi Bank. Then he became VP IT and Deputy COO at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), where he made many important changes in information technology and contributed to building the IT infrastructure of the company. He became the Chief Operating Officer of NCB Capital and established a number of companies in addition of being a board director and member of committee in several major companies.

Graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in the field of Systems Engineering in 1997, and received his MBA from King Saud University. He worked in a number of companies such as the Saudi Electricity and STC. After that, he worked at Al Rajhi Bank and held a number of senior positions. He then moved to Bank AlJazira and was appointed to the position of Deputy CEO (Head of Consumer Assets).

Graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering in USA in 1981 (Industrial Management). He started his career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund from 1982 to 1999, and then moved to the National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) as Senior Vice President for Investment and Finance until 2008. He became a board member of several companies including Astra Industrial Group, National Petrochemical Company, National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia and others.
