Engr. AlKasabi is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Aljazira and several other public and private companies. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from King Saud University, Engr. AlKasabi has vast experience in the financial, investment, health, industrial and construction sectors. 

Mr. Al Abdulkareem is the CEO and MD of Bank Aljazira. He has enjoyed a successful career in high-profile banking roles with his previous position being Deputy Managing Director of Personal Banking and Wealth Management at SABB. Mr. Al Abdulkareem was also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Sanid and SABB Takaful, a member of the Board of Director of SIMAH and HSBC Saudi Arabia, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SABB Insurance Agency. 
Mr. Al Abdulkareem holds a Master's Degree of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago in the United States of America. 

Mr. Almesned has held a range of executive positions throughout his successful and high-profile career. Most recently he was the Managing Director of the Wealth Management Division at NCB Capital, and before that performed several high-profile roles in national, and international institutions. Mr. Almesned has extensive experience across different fields including strategy, business development, product development and governance. 
Mr. Almesned holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Clark University - United States of America. 

Mr. Mohammed Al-Mousa currently serves as the Head of Retail Banking Group at Bank AlJazira, a position he has held since August 2023. He brings over 20 years of professional experience in the banking sector, during which he has held several prominent leadership and executive roles at leading financial institutions.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Al-Mousa is a Board Member of both Ejada Systems Ltd. and AlJazira Takaful Taawuni Company.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and has earned the Certified Personal Financial Planner (CPFP) designation from the Saudi Institute of Banking.

Mr. Alutagey has extensive experience in the fields of Information Technology and finance and has operated at Board level in several major financial companies. After working at a number of Saudi banks, Mr. Alutagey was appointed as VP IT and Deputy COO at the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). At Tadawul, he implemented many important changes that contributed to building the IT infrastructure of the company. He subsequently became the Chief Operating Officer of NCB Capital and helped establish many companies.
Mr. Alutagey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Alfantoukh is the CEO of Alfouzan Alsabiq Holding Company. He has previously held several positions in the Capital Market Authority and Alinma Investment Company. 
Mr. Alfantoukh holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Willamette University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from King Saud University. He also holds a degree from Henley Business School in Capital Markets Professional Development Program.
