Mr. Almesned has held a range of executive positions throughout his successful and high-profile career. Most recently he was the Managing Director of the Wealth Management Division at NCB Capital, and before that performed several high-profile roles in national, and international institutions. Mr. Almesned has extensive experience across different fields including strategy, business development, product development and governance. 

Mr. Almesned holds a master’s degree in business administration from Clark University - United States.

Mr. Al-Mutawa has more than 21 years of experience in the sales & marketing of securities services and investment products. He is currently the Head of Wealth Management and Securities at Aljazira Capital. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Area Manager at Bank Aljazira and as a Manager of sales Centers in the Central & Western regions of Aljazira Capital.
Mr. Al-Mutawa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Arts at King Saud University in Riyadh.

Mr. Al Enezi is the Head of Asset Management for Aljazira Capital. He holds more than 19 years of Asset Management industry investment experience where he has served government & semi-government institutions, regional sovereign wealth funds, Saudi and regional family offices, and UHNW individuals. Abdulaziz possesses in depth knowledge of the GCC and global capital markets.
Mr. Abdulaziz also holds academic and professional accreditations from inside and outside the Kingdom, including a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Jacksonville State University in the United States of America. Also, he has attended multiple strategy level courses in prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, USA. 

Mr. Mauri is Aljazira Capital’s Chief Investment Officer. He holds approximately 25 years of experience in European and GCC institutions, working in Asset Management and financial markets across a wide range of asset classes.
Mr. Mauri is an EMBA graduate from INSEAD, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and certified by the Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ). 
He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Cattolica Sacro Cuore University, Italy.

Mr. Al Hogail holds more than 16 years of experience in asset management and real estate investments. Since joining Aljazira Capital in 2011, Mr. Bandar Al-Hogail has been involved in restructuring the real estate asset management department, structuring and launching more than 20 private real estate funds that invest in primary development, construction development funds, real estate income-generating funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs), with assets exceeding SAR 13 billion.
Before joining Aljazira Capital, Mr. Bandar Al-Hogail worked at Al Rajhi Capital as an investment analyst and responsible for preparing and publishing periodic reports covering international / Gulf / local stock markets and a number of reports specialized in the infrastructure and real estate development sectors.
Mr. Bandar Al-Hogail holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from Bangor University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University. He also holds an international certificate in wealth and investment management and a number of advanced certificates in real estate investment.

Mr. Mumtaz was appointed as the Head of Investment Banking at Aljazira Capital in 2018, leading the teams responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placements, and Equity and Debt Capital Markets. This builds on his previous experience at Saudi Fransi Capital, where he led work on Equity and Debt Capital Markets.
Prior to joining SFC, Mr. Mumtaz worked within Global Capital Markets for major Canadian banks.
Mr. Mumtaz holds an MBA in Finance from Wilfred Laurier University, Waterloo, Canada. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Canada, and is certified as a Management Accountant with the Institute of Management Accountants of Canada.

Mr. Alghirairy has more than 13 years of experience working in the Capital Market Authority and other government/semi-government entities. He specializes in areas related to offering of securities in the capital market, fixed-income investments, real estate investments, alternative investments and business development. Mr. Alghirairy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Barry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance from KSU.

Mr. Alqaraawi is the Chief Operating Officer for Aljazira Capital. He holds more than 22 years of experience working in Saudi Aramco and other private sector businesses in areas related to digital technology, operations, business development and project management.
Mr. Alqaraawi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from KFUPM.

Mr. Syed Mohsin Ali is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has been with Aljazira Capital since 2015. He has over of 20 years of experience in finance departments of prominent banks, leading capital companies, multinational pharmaceutical company and top audit firm.
He is a fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and hold a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from University of Karachi.

Mr. Ahmed Bin Nassar serves as the Chief of Governance, Risk and Compliance Group at Aljazira Capital. He brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and capital markets, with deep expertise in banking regulations, Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations, internal audit, and risk management.
Before joining Aljazira Capital, Mr. Bin Nassar held positions at the Capital Market Authority, Al-Bilad Investment Company, and Alinma Investment Company. His most recent role was Head of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering at Credit Suisse, Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Bin Nassar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Mr. Al-Hudaib joined Aljazira Capital in 2012. His experience covers all aspects of Human Resources including Training, Recruitment, Employee Care, and Payroll.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Management from the University of La Verne, United States of America, with a twin focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
